Responsibilities
Facilitates scrum team events, coaching the team to self-organize as they mature.
Creates and maintains workflows and automation to enhance team efficiencies.
Designs team retrospectives.
Conducts team level quarterly health checks.
Helps identify and remove blockers or impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress to achieving sprint and product goals.
Facilitates stakeholder collaboration.
Works with product team members to establish empirical product planning and backlog management.
Assists in developing product roadmaps and forecasting based on average velocity and capacity.
Acts as a Servant Leader on the team and can adapt engagement based on the team's needs.
Prepares team sprint reports by collecting data on velocity, capacity, predictability, and accuracy.
Collaborates with Agile Department team to facilitate training the organization on agile concepts and scrum practices.
Assists in onboarding, adoption, and growth of the scrum process for new team members and new teams.
Guides best practices for lean, iterative software delivery.
