Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.

Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery per customer requirements.

Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, arrival notices, and invoices.

Track and trace shipments, proactively alert clients as needed, and manage receipts.

Resolve shipping issues including delays, damages, and lost shipments.

Maintain accurate shipping records and monitor transportation costs.

Review freight invoices for accuracy and address discrepancies.
