Responsibilities

Assists on special projects.
Maintains comprehensive physical and digital filing as necessary.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
File uploads, downloads, and document scanning.
Transcribe source material, and prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts: distribute as appropriate.
Organize travel arrangements for CL Employees, including but not limited to: Book flights, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels, etc.
Supports and promotes CL policies, procedures, and business models.
