Responsibilities
Build financial models to support reporting (EBITDA) and better understanding of financial data from ERPs and subsystems
Provide analysis and metrics for Finance core processes and be responsible for knowledge of all systems to support field operations locations
Provide critical accounting and analytical support for various processes and additional support to other functional areas
Improve the use of IT systems in connection with local/corporate IT
Provide meaningful data to support projects and initiatives to improve productivity, simplify processes, and improve reporting
Develop digital solutions
Build financial models to support analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential areas for improvement
Collect, validate, interpret more complex data, and lead communication of more detailed technical information
Prepare data for comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
Partner with finance business partners and group finance directors in support of finance and organizational goals and objectives
Proactively drive productivity and reduce costs
Provide a variety of Ad-Hoc Reports and Analysis
Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting, analysis, and planning processes

Required
5-7 years of progressive experience and responsibility in financial roles
Bachelor’s degree in finance or equivalent required
Highly skilled in ERP systems, Excel, PowerBi and financial modeling
Finance experience in automotive industry
HFM experience
Positive mindset and active team player
Comfort with ambiguity and strong desire to contribute to growth of the business
Flexibility to contribute to operations of the business outside of one’s core responsibilities when necessary
Proactive communicator and ability to work with people globally
Self-motivated
