Responsibilities
Agile Leadership: Understand and implement the Agile process to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Process Development: Establish and document processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective software development practices.
Project Ownership: Take full ownership of software development projects, driving them to successful completion within established timelines.
Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications, ensuring high quality and performance.
Code Quality: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of our platform.
Work Prioritization: Prioritize tasks effectively to align with business goals and project deadlines.

Required
Proficient with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Strong C# programming skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience
Extensive experience with Angular framework (minimum 5 years)
Proven experience in software development (minimum 5 years) with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise
Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
Proven ability to work and solve problems independently in a self-guided manner
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with development staff and business team members
Enjoy creating comprehensive documentation and have a meticulous approach to detail
