Responsibilities
Always maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
Greet visitors and ask them to sign into the visitor’s log. Communicate the arrival to the person who the visitor is scheduled to meet.
Answer telephone calls by use of the main directory system. Screen calls and refer callers to the appropriate person, receive and convey messages.
Meet with supervisor, program staff and attend staff meetings as needed.
Distribute ESOL & CNA online application link and other resources to prospective students.
Utilize the agency database to look up client records, perform data entry and add services.
Work is performed in an office environment with the use of office equipment. Will require extended periods of sitting and standing.
Attendance at internal and external meetings and trainings as required.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required
An Associate degree, high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with diverse individuals seeking supportive services.
Competent computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Word and Excel spreadsheets.
Familiarity with the use of office telephone systems.
Professional presentation and telephone skills.
Keen attention to detail.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and write in English.
