Support meetings and events, including team building activities and off-sites
Arrange domestic and international travel and complete related expense reports
Onboard and train new employees and team members

Required
Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment
Possess exceptional written and verbal interpersonal skills
Demonstrate strong attention to detail while working effectively with minimal direction
Display proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Have a bachelor’s or associate degree, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in administrative/executive support position in a corporate setting
