Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineering lead and design lead to understand dependencies and identify risks upfront.
Engage in collaborative conversations with users, customers, engineering leads, and designers focusing on problems and outcomes.
Work closely with product designer and engineers to discover effective solutions and deliver them to market.
Balance short-term goals and long-term vision, prioritizing problems to provide a competitive advantage.
Oversee the development and management of a digital platform for life science products and services.
Drive the platform's product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
Own all services used across experience teams, including UI versioning, approval flows, audit trail, and more.
Facilitate and understand technical dependencies with Engineering Leads.
Influence teammates, colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives using data and logic.

Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on digital platforms and/or life sciences products/services
Deep understanding of the life sciences industry and its products and services, including regulatory requirements and market trends
Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and launch successful products
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in an agile development environment
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines
