Responsibilities
Work closely with internal stakeholders and business partners to understand their needs and transform them into functioning solutions
Possess ability to distinguish the implementation of declarative solutions and programmatic development
Employ platform best practices to deliver world-class solutions and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices
Drive software development activities to meet project schedules and timelines
Write high-quality code with supporting unit tests, and adhere to Salesforce deployment best practices
Keep up to date on the latest Salesforce releases and emerging technologies
Scope the technical portion of a project, estimate effort, and develop/architect solutions
Identify system issues/bugs and deploy fixes for timely resolution
Demonstrate strong work ethic, disciplined time management, and effective communication skills
Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and power users at all levels of the organization
Work with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams, willing to learn and self-start with minimal supervision

Required
3-5 years of Salesforce Sales Cloud or Lightning Platform development experience (the majority of projects will be developed in Sales Cloud)
3-5 years experience in Apex, Lightning Component Development, JavaScript, CSS, Apex Classes, Triggers, VisualForce pages, SOQL
General understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema
Proficiency in data manipulation and Apex Data Loader
Some experience with technologies that work with Salesforce (i.e., JavaScript, jQuery, Web Services, REST, and SOAP APIs)
Experience working with in-house Engineering/Product teams
Experience implementing integrations into SFDC with third party tools
Prior experience working in Ad-Tech or Media industries is a plus
Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer 1 certifications. Platform Developer 1 is preferred
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving/troubleshooting/debugging techniques
Preferred
Exposure to Web service technologies such as REST, JSON, SOAP, XML, JDBC, MySQL is desired but not required
