Responsibilities
Financial underwriting of acquisitions and dispositions including developing financial cashflow models using MS Excel and Argus.
Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic, and real estate market data.
Preparing presentations, offering memoranda, and financial reports.
Reviewing and analyzing legal documents during due diligence.
Aiding in proposal preparation and conducting market research.
Interacting with clients, brokers, buyers/sellers, and investors.
Managing project timelines and team members.
Assisting in project management and handling other assigned projects.

Required
Two or more years of experience in real estate banking, brokerage, or related roles. Experience in a real estate private equity is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or accounting preferred.
Previous experience with a real estate investment bank structuring both debt and equity transactions.
Strong financial / analytical / modeling skills.
Demonstrate a strong proficiency in financial modeling (using MS Excel), MS Word, and Argus.
Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing large amounts of market data, facilitating data-based decision-making.
Preferred
Experience in a real estate private equity.
