Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing the agency’s brand strategy.
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term goals of clients.
Execution of all client’s needs and tasks.
Organized and proactive planning for department and its clients.
Network growth for the department to provide new opportunities for clients.
On the ground work for big industry events and on-site client support.
Coordination of department interns and support staff.
Ability to advise on social media requests, tasks and content planning.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
Minimum of one year of experience working for an agency or brand
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects across multiple managers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent writing, proofreading, and grammar skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure, while prioritizing workload effectively and meeting deadlines
General understanding of WNBA, NBA, NCAA and international leagues preferred
Ability to build strong working relationships with different functions
Ability to act with poise, tact, and diplomacy, while carrying out duties autonomously
Strong sense of initiative, drive, creativity, sound decision making, and teamwork
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong rapport with internal and external clients
Effective communication skills (listening, verbal, and written), with the ability to express ideas, problems, and solutions with clarity
Preferred
Internship experience may be considered
A disciplined visual storyteller with very solid experience in all social media platforms is a plus
Ability to advise on social media requests, tasks and content planning
