Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of new/revised product filing packages for submission to the Departments of Insurance.

Act as a conduit between the business unit and Compliance & Regulatory units, reviewing state objections and drafting responses.

Understand evolving issues within the product expertise area and articulate relevance to business partners.

Own special projects assigned by Senior Management.

Report to the Officer of the Compliance and Regulatory Affairs team.

Required

Moderate Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience in the field of regulatory compliance, state filings, product development, underwriting or underwriting support.

Detailed-oriented, highly analytical and organized.

Superior oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.
