Responsibilities

Receive broad guidance from senior-level management and manage people and processes for effective execution.

Assist with marketing the firm's capabilities, coordinate with internal departments, and drive project profitability and growth.

Apply knowledge and expertise to resolve crucial issues, manage competing demands, and establish project priorities.

Prepare project development for land development projects, review job cost sheets, and maintain client relationships.

Supervise project personnel, liaise with clients, agencies, subcontractors, and design teams, and provide technical assistance in problem resolution.

Demonstrate flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, high motivation, and a problem-solving attitude.

Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners, manage confidential information, and promote the company's reputation through quality work.

Lead project meetings, deliver client presentations, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Drive profitability and growth, interpret financial reports, apply municipal codes and regulations accurately, and demonstrate innovation and leadership.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Planning, or related discipline.

Registered (Licensed) Professional in field of expertise strongly preferred.

Ten or more (10+) years of experience within the A/E industry and/or in commercial, residential, or governmental land development, to include 3-5 years project management experience.

Experience with water/wastewater systems, water treatment, water distribution, pump stations and operations.

Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications and civil engineering design software such as AutoCAD and/or Civil3D or similar design software required.
