Responsibilities
Performs task and maintenance management on technical projects and assignments.
Assures the Computerized Maintenance Management System PM program conforms to all maintenance and engineering requirements.
Reviews project drawings and specifications for maintenance reliability and compatibility with plant structures and utility systems.
Drafts policy, procedure and process improvement proposals related to maintenance and equipment reliability issues.
Performs data mining using advanced query procedures to manage maintenance labor and resources effectively.
Maintains Computerized Maintenance Management System for accuracy including assets/master equipment list, plant system owners, job plans, PMs, routes, lubrication application, spare parts, LOTOs, work orders, attachments, safety plans, hazards, personal protective equipment, etc.
Performs quality assessments and ad hoc reviews to maintain accuracy of all areas of the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Develops, implements and maintains TPM program data and records as required.
Identifies and implements modifications/improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency for maintenance and utilities systems.
Prepares status reports to assist maintenance management in the management of labor and resources.
Manages the predictive maintenance software, hardware, & support contracts for vibration, ultrasound, and infrared in support of maintenance and production equipment and product.
Develops and implements maintenance plans for complex maintenance projects.
Develops and implements plans to load level labor and resources for all system-generated work and development of routes to efficiently complete maintenance tasks.
Provides project maintenance technical guidance on technical maintenance reliability issues and projects.
Conducts activities in a safe and healthy manner and works in accordance with established HS&E requirements to ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment.
Takes actions necessary to "stop" work when an unsafe condition or action is identified. Every employee has the right and responsibility to stop work when unsafe conditions or actions are identified.

Required
Minimum five years experience in equipment and infrastructure equipment maintenance technologies, including application of maintenance engineering principles and technology related to complex projects.
Preferred
Ability to apply concepts, evaluation and quality assurance techniques to technical maintenance projects and processes, and to provide technical guidance on complex projects.
Ability to work without supervision with latitude for independent action and decision making.
Ability to provide technical guidance, consultative services and innovative solutions.
Some positions within this classification may require unique electrical, mechanical, structural, environmental, and/or computer-aided design expertise.
