Responsibilities
Provides Instructional Systems Design (ISD) support, service, and advice to create efficient and effective instruction.
Analyzes performance problems, performance contexts, and learner traits.
Creates training objectives, selects instructional strategies, creates student measurements, and designs and develops courseware tailored to learner needs.

Required
US Citizen and fluent English speaker
Must submit to and successfully pass a DoD-initiated Tier 2 (Low-Risk) Suitability Investigation
Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of instructional design experience
Solid working knowledge of standard computer software (Microsoft Office business suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Preferred
Prior experience supporting DoD and/or federal government contracts/programs
Prior experience supporting large call center operations
