Required

2-4 years of proven experience in private equity or consulting

Experience in a business intelligence role with a strong finance focus, or at least 2-3 years in private equity, venture capital, or top tier consulting (e.g., MBB, LEK, Parthenon-EY)

BA/BS in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA is advantageous

Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel/Google Sheets. Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau are essential

Demonstrated ability to handle complex financial data and generate meaningful business insights

Strong communication skills with the ability to present data stories to diverse audiences

Preferred

Experience in driving financial outcomes through comprehensive data analysis and visualization

Experience collaborating across various business units including sales, data science, and clinical networks

Experience in navigating a multi-sided marketplace within a healthcare context

Experience in providing data-driven insights supporting product development, provider network operations, commercial strategy, marketing, and partnership initiatives/decisions

An understanding of medical claims and dynamics of payor businesses within the healthcare sector

Experience with live meetings, comprehensive slide decks, and dynamic dashboards for presenting recommendations to senior leadership
