Responsibilities

Prepare and review weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial packages for senior management and holding company
Assist in the preparation and review of KPIs and work with key stakeholders on explaining deviations from targets and previous periods.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare quarterly forecasts and annual budget, including cash flow projections.
Assist in financial and business analysis across key operations and functions of the business
Prepare ad hoc analysis requests for senior management
Assist with special projects as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of finance experience
1+ years of modeling skills, including buildout of full-company operating and financial models
Must be prepared to work in a fast-paced dynamic growth environment
Ability to work independently, and proactively develop solutions with minimal guidance
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, intermediate MS PowerPoint
Ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Working knowledge of GAAP accounting principles

Preferred

Understanding of insurance (P&C or Health) a plus
