Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design, and implement creative campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive user engagement
Develop layouts for brochures, trade show booths, website pages, and PPT decks
Transform data and text into visual graphics and infographics
Follow brand guidelines and ensure design consistency
Manage multiple projects with attention to detail and organization
Utilize basic photographic and video production principles
Drive creative storytelling concepts and integrate them into overall objectives
Stay updated on design trends and best practices

Required
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 3-5 years of prior B2B creative experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PPT and Word
Preferred
Healthcare and/or pharma experience
Familiarity with WordPress and HTML/CSS coding experience
Ability to follow direction, assess company needs and work independently
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Computer skills to include proficiency in Microsoft Office software and ability to learn company-specific software
Ability to participate and contribute in a team environment as a team member
Clear, concise, and effective oral and written communication
