Responsibilities
Product support through planning, developing, scheduling, and executing project verification and validation engineering activities.
Providing technical guidance to design engineers and technicians based on verification and validation expertise.
Preparing and communicating testing cost estimations, specifying test procedures, instrumentation, and hardware.
Performing data analysis to support testing conclusions and documenting results in engineering reports.
Managing coordination, execution, and results for brake performance testing with external test suppliers.
Performing suspension articulation testing, vehicle weight studies, water tightness testing, and other vehicle testing and measurements.
Supporting system functionality verification testing in areas such as Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) and Vehicles Dynamics.
Supporting coordination of other outsourced testing requests.

Required
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar Engineering field
1-3 yrs of experience, automotive preferred
Previous exposure to data acquisition equipment and data processing/analysis
Great communicator (important for the outsourced coordination aspect of the job to keep everyone informed and aligned)
Positive attitude and desire to learn and take on new tasks (self-learner)
Enjoys hand-on work
Preferred
Baja or Formula SAE experience from college
