Responsibilities

Architect and Install servers/systems, routers, firewalls, and other equipment for clients.

Design/Implement/Support network and server (on-premise and cloud-based) infrastructure

Architect cloud infrastructure and migration planning

Respond to service requests and repair the malfunctioning equipment/software promptly.

Create/improve Technical Service Group standards and implementation methods.

File timely technical reports and create updated technical documentation.

Driving to client locations may be required.

Ability to work out timelines and build implementation schedules.

Manage multiple levels of resources during the project.

Coordinate resource allocation with product availability and deliveries

Manage Client expectations.

Ability to identify out-of-scope items and work with the Project Manager to create change orders.

Required

Superior troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Previous Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience

Must be a fast learner with good verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

3-5 Years of Network experience, MSP experience helpful

Experience with Windows Servers, Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, AWS, SQL, Active Directory, Microsoft 365

Familiarity and proficiency with Cisco, SonicWall, Dell, EMC, VMWare

Proficiency with switches, firewalls, IP routing, network security, VOIP

Proficiency with virtualization

Knowledge of RMM solutions

Advanced knowledge of computer networking

Advanced knowledge of PC hardware

Advanced knowledge of Windows operating system and utilities
