Responsibilities
Partner with Scrum product owner, technical lead, product designer, and business stakeholders to determine and document business requirements and flows for new features of the Harvard LXP platform
Collaborate with product owner and QA lead on testing plans to ensure alignment with product feature goals
Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and product and user documentation
Support product owner in maintenance of the product backlog and roadmap
Perform other duties as needed or required.

Required
Minimum of two years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required, and written and verbal communication skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
Minimum of two years of experience in technical/software development or related field
Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum or Kanban
User-focused, collaborative, innovative, and open
Preferred
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or other tools, a plus
Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
