Responsibilities

Evaluate loan and system of record documentations; ensure compliance to federal, state, investor and/or client guidelines in a timely manner
Identify and document loan level exceptions
Conduct quality control audits; review audit findings with Supervisor to determine research required to ensure accurate reporting of findings and compliance with policies/procedures
Participate in Quality Control team cross-training activities
Perform scheduled call monitoring, audits, and call calibration sessions
Complete quality control call monitoring scorecards for all calls monitored
Promptly review call monitoring scorecard disputes with business units
Create and distribute weekly/periodic reports on call monitoring results to management
Participate in federal, state, investor, and insurer training to remain current on applicable regulations
All other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of mortgage servicing or mortgage banking experience preferred
Knowledge of federal, state, agency, and insurer guidelines regulating to mortgage banking/servicing
Experience with Black Knight LoanSphere and/or other MSP systems
Experience with loan document imaging systems
Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
Experience with call monitoring telephony systems
Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate in a team environment with peers, company managers, and customers to attain common goals
Ability to take instruction and learn new concepts/skills quickly
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone with all levels of the organization and external customers
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
