Responsibilities

Provides weekly, monthly & quarterly reporting; identifying relevant insights/trends and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop action plans.

Attends retailer meetings and provides analytical expertise in support of Joint Business Plan development, monitoring, and execution.

Evaluates distribution/promotional strategies to understand business impact.

Assesses financial effectiveness to ensure a healthy business model and deliver profitable growth.

Monitors ongoing business plan performance to identify gaps/incremental opportunities.

Designs, maintains, and automates KPI dashboards by leveraging internal systems and data sources.

Supports special projects and ad-hoc reports based on specific business needs.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, Finance, or other quantitative field or four or more years of work experience.

Three or more years of related experience in operations, business development or financial strategy/planning.

Proficient with Excel (VBA preferred.)

Experience with aggregating and summarizing large amounts of historical data and identifying trends or business opportunities.

Experience with data modeling.

Predictive analytics experience using a variety of methods to advise future-state planning and develop comprehensive business assessments.

Willingness to travel to travel approximately up to 25%.

Preferred

A Master's degree.

SQL expertise.

Knowledge of data warehousing.

Visual Basic for Applications experience.

Familiarity with data visualization software, such as Tableau.

Managed projects and delivered results for multiple partners.

Excellent analytical skills and ability to multitask.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Team-oriented and strong interpersonal capabilities; ability to build relationships (internal/external) and interact effectively with other departments and levels of business.

Process-oriented and ability to contribute to continuous improvement.
