Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact with JDM/ODM partners, facilitating clear communication channels.

Provide technical direction to internal engineering teams and external partners, ensuring project goals are met.

Lead project planning, risk identification, and mitigation strategies for successful project delivery.

Define acceptance criteria and test plans, manage software performance benchmarks.

Navigate and harmonize processes between QSC and manufacturing partners through negotiation and collaboration.

Lead multiple core and mega programs, tracking key metrics and identifying deviations for corrective actions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop goals, set priorities, and address program issues and risks.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

10+ years Program Management experience or related work experience.

Demonstrated track record of working with multiple JDM/ODM’s successfully delivering products on-time within budget.

Extensive experience program managing successful Audio, Video, and Control product portfolios developed with OEMs and ODMs.

Preferred

PMP Certification preferred.

Agile Software development methodology, e.g. SCRUM is complementary
