Responsibilities
Work on the end-user experience to enable users to deliver exceptional service in Front.
Help execute and evolve the design system by designing, refining, and documenting intuitive components.
Design product experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
Define project requirements in collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
Understand and represent users in product decisions with cross-functional peers.
Design and communicate vision to the team using mock-ups, documentation, and prototypes.
Impact business goals through effective development of design solutions.
Participate in shaping the design team's culture.

Required
2+ years of product design experience, building and shipping world-class products across various platforms.
A portfolio of projects that display refined visual skills, system thinking and experience building robust design system components in Figma.
Low ego and an eagerness to give and receive constructive feedback in a transparent work environment.
Collaborative approach and belief that the best products are built through a partnership with Product, Design, and Engineering.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate your design decisions and how they relate to the problem you’re solving.
Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving their collaboration problems.
Experience creating and maintaining clean design system documentation.
Preferred
Experience with SaaS, B2B or other complex technical systems is a plus.
This is a hybrid role, expected to be in our San Francisco office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
