Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer experiences across consumer-facing websites, educational content, email communications, and marketing landing pages.

Collaborate with SEO and content experts, Ecommerce strategists, CRM program managers, UX researchers, and developers to design, implement, and test top-quality consumer experiences.

Improve content organization and readability, create engaging visualizations, work with design systems, manage large-scale projects, and contribute to segmented Ecommerce campaign communications.

Assist in QA, participate in usability testing, and stay current on UX design trends.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in visual/digital design or a similar field

At least 5 years of UX/UI design or digital marketing experience, preferably in financial services

Strong portfolio

Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, JIRA

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in financial, investment or insurance industries

General knowledge of WordPress and HTML/CSS

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work under some ambiguity
