Responsibilities
Design, assess, and enhance manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and quality.
Address and resolve issues impacting manufacturing performance by identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, sustaining improvements, and determining necessary support.
Evaluate and plan workforce usage, spatial requirements, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Spearhead continuous improvement projects using lean and Six Sigma principles, aiming to drive operational excellence and profitability, while fostering a culture of waste reduction and continuous improvement.

Required
B.S., Industrial OR Mechanical Engineering
5 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting
Previous project management experience is required for this role
3-5 years of lean or six sigma experience is required for this role
Preferred
Experience with CNC (Lathes/Mills), Stamping, melting or heat treating is highly preferred for this role
Previous raw material manufacturing experience is a plus for this position
