Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of SailPoint IdentityNow, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.

Develop and implement identity governance strategies and policies to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security standards.

Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate SailPoint with existing systems and applications.

Assess, design, and maintain the overall security architecture of the SailPoint solution.

Identify and address security risks related to identity and access management.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, integrations, and security policies.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.

Required

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and typically 8 to 10 years’ experience managing architectural responsibilities.

Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint IdentityNow.

Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access control.

Experience with integration of SailPoint with various systems and applications.

In-depth knowledge of security protocols, standards, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer or Architect are a plus.
