Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations

Utilize Microsoft Office Suites to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Navigate company website to resolve issues and direct inquiries appropriately

Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly and effectively

Maintain organized records and manage scheduling

If possible, utilize Munis financial software to manage and analyze financial data

Leverage any previous experience in accounts payable or municipal operations for improved efficiency and effectiveness

Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
