Responsibilities

Support the department in implementing marketing tactics, collaborating with the team to create advertising and content for various channels including CRM, digital, social, video, email, print, website, and out-of-home to drive growth.
Work effectively in a complex organization to support and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a marketing project management platform and across multiple tracking, status, and organizational documents.
Collaborate with multiple team members and agency partners across a variety of projects and campaigns to execute tactics while tracking and maintaining timelines and project status.
Meets with administrators, physicians and key personnel along with the marketing team to develop and execute various marketing initiatives.
Provides support as needed to the department.
Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree required
2 or more years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or marketing agency setting

Preferred

Internship experience would be an advantage.
Familiarity with marketing and advertising terminology, strategies and trends
Familiarity with healthcare terminology and trends
Proficiency in all standard Microsoft office programs and Adobe Acrobat
Possess a process and detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering projects for clients
Strong organizational and communication skills both oral and written
Bringing a positive attitude, energy, flexibility and adaptability to the workplace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with marketing agency process and workflow is an advantage
