Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the data, analytics, and AI strategy for Aerospace Technologies

Drive the implementation of advanced analytics and AI solutions to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality and integrity

Lead the cross-functional AT data & analytics council, collaborating with data & analytics leaders of functions in AT

Drive the adoption of standard platforms and technologies across AT to enable scalability and interoperability

Oversee the management and governance of data assets and AI models

Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the data, analytics, and AI teams

Drive business value realization through the effective use of data, analytics, and AI technologies

Attract and retain strong diverse technical talent in this high-demand technology competency

Required

10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, AI, or a related field

Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science)

Experience in the aerospace industry or a related field

Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results

Knowledge of advanced analytics and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing)
