Responsibilities
Discovering insights, opportunities, and requirements
Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback
Launching experiments and evaluating how they perform and how to iterate
Presenting work to peers and leadership, async and in-person
Participating in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings
Thinking and writing about the design process and documenting decisions

Required
Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions
5-15 years of experience
Can help scale or partner closely with PM and engineering leads
Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces
Divergent thinking
Experience embedded within a product team
Experience with technical complexity
Prototyping and Visual craft
Independence/autonomy
Ads experience
Seller facing experience
Expressing feedback with kindness and candor
