Responsibilities
Contribute to the successful implementation of Health plan ecosystem offering for healthcare payor.
Drive the creation of common standards and conduct impact analysis of scope changes.
Build and execute project plans, maintain RACI matrix and RAID Log.
Ensure relevant standards, KPIs, and regulations are upheld.
Manage vendors and project managers, meet with stakeholders, and ensure goals are met.
Collaborate with teams, identify staff transition plans, and provide staff training.
Comply with organizational requirements and perform other duties as assigned.

Required
Ability to adapt and manage change based on business needs in a fast-paced growing organization.
Knowledge in managing complex project, ecosystems, and environment schemas.
Experience with Project Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Change Management, and exposure to SDLC.
Coordinate with team to quickly identify program blockers, issues and establish solutions.
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations.
Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members.
Understanding of the impact of system reliability on business processes and financial performance. Strong presentation skills.
Strong planning and coordination skills. Healthcare payor experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or technical field; 3+ years of relevant work experience in IT or Healthcare Management.
Strong/proven Customer Focus.
Experience working in an offshore model is a must.
Preferred
Experience with Agile tools and methodologies.
Experience with HealthEdge Source, Guiding Care, Health Rules Payer, Advalent Produce Suite, Digital Assets and tools for HealthCare Industry, and Print Fulfilment is preferred.
