Responsibilities
Support various parts of the Medicaid provider management team with a focus on assignment, reporting, project management, and non-production activities.
Coordinate and collaborate on work for Network Operations-Intake and triage and provider data assignments.
Lead work assignments and work closely with the manager on department production and turnaround times.

Required
3-5+ Years of experience and knowledge of Provider Data Services systems and other end user applications.
1+ years of provider relations or operations experience
Advanced Excel skills.
QNXT systems experience required.
General understanding and skills in PowerPoint.
Ability to complete to coordinate collaboration sessions.
Take detailed notes to shared with in across analyst.
Education - Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred
Medicaid Implementation knowledge
Provides technical and/or functional leadership within unit (i.e., team lead).
Extract information from provider systems to meet business reporting needs.
Strong communication skills.
