Responsibilities

Develop products that transition the real estate industry from an archaic, paper-based workflow to a fully digitized experience.

Build technology that solves real customer problems by automating manual processes and improving outcomes.

Translate business goals into outcomes, delivering to a strategy via incremental releases in an agile environment.

Co-develop the go-to-market strategy for the product and additional developments with Product Marketing.

Enable and partner with Customer Success to sell the new product to customers.

Required

5+ years experience in a Product Manager Role in an enterprise B2B platform and/or 2+ years experience as a Management Consultant

Experience working on AI/ML-based products a plus

Experience working in mortgage or financial services a plus

Strong technical understanding and technical acumen

Go-getter mentality, excited to solve challenging problems

Deep customer empathy and curiosity

Knowledge of how to gather and synthesize customer needs

Strong understanding of design principles to deliver a great user experience

Preferred

Experience working on AI/ML-based products
