Responsibilities
Coordinate in-store graphic artwork assets for wholesale retail partners.
Act as the liaison between Skechers and wholesale accounts to get art created for in-store marketing campaigns that account will print.
Work with the Sales team to compile footwear or apparel style information needed to be featured on in-store graphics.
Communicate with account visual contact and internal Sales team to select relevant marketing images for in-store campaign.
Work directly with account on gathering artwork technical specification information and routing approvals or comments as needed.
Submit Graphic Work Orders in internal Graphic Design system, SILA, and communicate with Graphic Design Team to assist with the account’s art request.
Collaborate with the Copy Writing team to obtain internal copy approval for in-store visual assets that include copy, and route artwork to the Copy team for review/approval.
Collect, compile and upload project/comp approvals for Sales managers in Smartsheet.
Track and follow up on SILA requests and applicable internal edits/feedback to ensure on-time delivery of art files based on account deadlines.
Archive all relevant project files in account folder on shared drive.
Maintain Account Marketing project status list (WIP), housed in Smartsheet.
Run weekly project status meeting with internal Account Marketing team.
Communicate marketing project status report weekly to Sales team (generated by Smartsheet).
Manage outbound communication for current and upcoming in-store campaigns.
Create “What’s In Store” Memos to communicate all pertinent information to relevant teams (Sales, Field, internal) regarding the in-store campaign including dates, store address list, final artwork, etc.
Collaborate with Field Marketing Team (FMT) to ensure team can execute marketing compliance reporting while they conduct store visits based on “What’s In Store” Memo information.
Run point on monthly FMT regional in-store calls (3 calls per month).
Track and maintain usage of in-store assets, addressing any issues with FMT and communicating back to the account as needed.
Gather and file best photos of in-store tactics and save them to the VM image library for use in sales presentations, corporate books, corporate marketing videos and other uses as needed.
Attend all applicable buy meetings and Sales conferences two time periods per year (March/April and September/October).

Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to present (public speaking) and communicate effectively with internal and external business partners.
Proficient in using a MAC and/or PC.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Can work independently and also enjoys being part of a team and working collaboratively with others.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced, ever-changing environment while still meeting deadlines.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to make progress with limited supervision.
Flexible work schedule: able to work extra hours as needed.
Preferred
2-4 years footwear brand experience preferred, in marketing or visual project management.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Microsoft Office proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in Smartsheet and/or Salesforce project management tool is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design principles and print production process is a plus.
Familiarity with graphic design software programs (Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Canva)
