Responsibilities

Collaborate with development and support teams to plan future iterations

Monitor existing deployments for any bottlenecks to fine-tune the system

Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices and policies

Remediate any security findings found in existing security tools

Deploy and maintain applications in the cloud using services like Kubernetes, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory

Provide support for existing services in a DevOps environment automating infrastructure provisioning

Work with the team on prioritization and sizing tasks for incremental delivery

Anticipate and communicate blockers and delays before they require escalation

Required

3+ years of experience designing, evaluating, and/or implementing cloud solutions using Azure

2+ years of experience working with CI/CD and Build automation using Jenkins

2+ years of experience using Python or C#

2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools processes using Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates

2+ years with SQL database analysis

Proven excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with Kubernetes and CNCF projects

Experience with databases and/or storage systems - especially in the public cloud

Experience executing with agile software development best practices

Experience with Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Snowflake
