Responsibilities

Prepare reports for leadership in excel using data obtained from practice management software.
Complete internal projects as assigned by meeting deadlines and providing support.
Screen incoming correspondence and assist in billing processes.
Format and edit letters, reports, and correspondence.
Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and confirm appointments.
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Execute setup and take down of meetings, assist in event coordination.
Coordinate travel arrangements and work with various software and technical equipment.
Maintain desk and department areas, assist other departments with needs.
Run errands, backup for front desk coverage, and work on industry group initiatives.
Coordinate work with other administrative assistants & departments.

Required

Associates degree preferred or on the job experience equivalent is acceptable. Must have a minimum of 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and client service skills, both written and oral.
Punctuality and understanding the coverage needs of the Firm is essential.
Ability to manage projects independently.
Knowledge of office practices, procedures, software and equipment.
Ability to perform a variety of administrative skills requiring the exercise of independent judgment and problem-solving.
Ability to multi-task and manage pressures of numerous deadlines, learn quickly as well as independently and problem solve
Detail oriented, efficient, and ability to complete work in a timely manner.
Willing to ask questions and accept help from those around you to ensure processes are accurate and complete.
Ability to embrace and adapt to changing needs and challenges within your Practice Area as well as the Firm in general
