Responsibilities

Work in a fast-paced environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative team settings across all levels
Participate in the full software development life cycle including requirements, design, implementation, qualification, and delivery of software products to our customers
Manage cloud infrastructure tools and data.
Manage cloud infrastructure resources and optimize costs without compromising on performance or reliability.
Manage and improve container orchestration and deployment strategies.
Develop tools to manage continuous integration, software stack support, code quality and coverage.
Ensure and develop tools for monitoring security, privacy, and integrity of data and other resources.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Required

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience OR a Master’s Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Proven experience in backend development and infrastructure management
Strong expertise in cloud technologies (AWS and Azure) as well as both Linux and Windows based server instances.
Basic knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and distributed computing systems.
Design, develop, and maintain automated data visualizations in Tableau
Experience with IT Administration
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for automation, CI/CD, and configuration management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset towards identifying and resolving technical challenges.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Preferred

Hands-on experience with backend programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
Experience with eQ is nice to have.
Demonstrated ability to provide leadership in a complex, technical environment.
Cloud certifications a plus.
