Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop the company’s marketing strategy and marketing plan

Plan, direct, coordinate, and implement marketing efforts from campaign ideation through reporting and analyses

Develop advertising creative concepts, strategy development & research, direction, placement, and performance testing

Manage admin duties including vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices, and campaign reporting

Communicate, manage & implement the marketing plan

Research the demand for the company’s products and services

Conduct competitor research and analysis

Identify potential customers, areas of growth, and new revenue opportunities

Oversee co-marketing campaigns for internal and external partnerships

Understand budgets and finance including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment, and profit-loss projections

Build brand awareness and positioning

Support sales and lead generation efforts

Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish

Provide insight and recommendations based on marketing data to provide forecasting and achieve company goals

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required

4+ year’s experience in marketing and 2-5 years leading a team

Proven marketing campaign experience

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask

Strong copywriting skills

Attention to detail

Proven ability to manage budgets

Professional and proactive work ethic

High competence in project and stakeholder management

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills both in person, by phone, and through email

Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing

Competency in Microsoft Office 365 applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, Google Suite Applications, Calendars, and the ability to navigate the system’s software
