Responsibilities
Provide proposal development and management support (i.e. staffing plans, organization charts, project pursuits, project workflows).
Provide support through the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with multiple project management functions (i.e. subcontracts, finance, risk management, engineering).
Prepare and coordinate updates to various project management tools (i.e. client relationship, staffing, PowerBI).

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Science, or related field or related experience.
3+ years relevant experience.
Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office Suite, Project Software, and Salesforce.
Experience assisting with proposal development and project execution.
All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
Preferred
Preferred 5+ years of professional experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
Previous consulting or water utility experience.
Experience working with critical infrastructure projects and/or experience with entities who provide or are involved with critical infrastructure projects.
