Responsibilities
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Ensure office is well-maintained and organized.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails in a professional manner.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing system and handle confidential information with discretion.
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, including arranging logistics and preparing materials.
Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for clients and team members.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
