Responsibilities

Manage and oversee various cross-functional programs, ensuring successful delivery.

Communicate with senior managers, business leaders, and other stakeholders as needed to support key business initiatives.

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred

MBA or Master’s degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, operations research, or business analytics field.
3+ years of professional supply chain and logistics, operations research, and/or e-commerce experience.
