Responsibilities

Support the creation of well-defined road maps aligning predictive analytics projects with business needs, leading functional teams in the implementation and ongoing use of advanced predictive analytics tools.

Lead the performance and integration of advanced machine learning and predictive analytics to promote understanding of different business areas or critical challenges/opportunities.

Lead the implementation of data and analytics strategy by developing a data insights integration approach aligned to key business processes and decisions.

Support the ability to create models or algorithms that identify patterns in structured and unstructured data, managing data preparation and ensuring data collection according to model standards.

Implement all aspects of data architecture, turning event analytics, raw application data, and business systems into key business insights.

Elicit complex business requirements using various methods to express requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.

Take responsibility for key elements of the enterprise data management system, including development or management for feature stores powering data science models.

Interpret business needs and identify solution recommendations to business problems at a business unit level, leading improvement efforts within span of control.

Explore and develop a detailed understanding of external developments or emerging issues and evaluate their potential impact on the organization across multiple domains.

Identify and communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan, motivating people to commit to achieving local business goals.

Manage and report on the performance of a substantial, diverse team, setting appropriate performance objectives and holding team members accountable.

Drive, develop, and deliver budget plans with guidance from senior teammates.

Use the organization's development framework to identify individual development needs, plan and implement actions to build professional capabilities, and provide training to improve performance.

Contribute to the development of the digital road map and key strategic enablers, designing workflow and business processes for new applications and services.
