Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within budget completion

Design, communicate, and implement operational plans for project completion

Identify, develop, and gather resources needed for project completion

Develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts

Communicate with other operational areas to secure specialized resources

Conduct meetings and prepare reports on project status

Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff

Influence department's strategy and make decisions on technical approaches

Oversee project teams, manage conflicts, and solve project issues

Prepare resource and capacity planning at program and project level

Lead teams in defining requirements related to project risk

Design and maintain project documentation

Champion stakeholder's/business owner's needs and goals

Collaborate with senior leaders and IT partners on project estimations and funding

Advocate for the Project Management team and impacted business areas

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Prior project management experience

Experience with project management tools and Office products

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuous improvement
