Responsibilities

Conceive and create compelling conceptual design solutions that address strategic business and audience objectives across a range of media.

Defining or adapting the brand look & feel for a variety of channels and platforms while adhering to brand guidelines.

Bring your own ideas and creative thinking to seemingly simple briefs.

Working with global campaigns, toolkits, and assets supplied, with a passion for being creative within guidelines/framework.

Create cohesive multi-channel digital creative that aligns with the larger brand story.

Act as a brand guardian, producing high-quality work within tight timelines.

Ability to lead, collaborate, and mentor junior/mid-level creative team members.

Manage projects within agreed timelines considering quality and consistency.

Present, question, and take client feedback, building trust to drive growth and success.

Challenge, push, lead, and develop the creative output of the team while maintaining quality and promoting growth.

Think differently, tell stories, inspire, and provoke thoughts.

Collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of Creative to exceed client expectations.

Collaborate with UX, Consultants, and Developers to ensure project success.
