Responsibilities

Responsible for the development of business process related solutions for the Customer.

Responsible for defining customer needs, determining a strategy and developing a plan for delivery of a project which generally supports a client's internal process or function being modified for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Duties may include participating in requirements planning, conducting analyses of business processes, implementing process improvements, and performing cost/benefit analyses.

Technical responsibilities may include problem identification, system architecture definition, implementation, testing, client training, and solution deployment.

Works independently to achieve day-to-day objectives with significant impact on operational results or project deliverables.

Responsible for entire projects or processes developed to support the program mission.

May be responsible for coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.

Develops solutions to problems and issues that are unclear and require thorough analyses and understanding of domain knowledge.

Communicates with internal and project team members.

Works to influence team members regarding solution design, process and/or approaches.

Required

BA degree and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.

Experience supporting a government IT organization.

Has full understanding of concepts, principles and industry practices for a service organization and call center providing 24x7x365 support to military members and their families.

Military veteran or civilian experience supporting a DoD or other military organization.

Familiarity with ServiceNow and development of process/workflow automation.

Has deep understanding of industry practices and standards.

Ability to obtain and/or maintain an Active Secret Security Clearance. US Citizenship is required.
