Responsibilities
Capable of supervising and coordinating all phases of field representation on large complex projects
Direct highly complex and specialized construction engineering administration and inspection programs
Support new project pursuits, win work, and oversee a construction management team
Source, train, and develop staff
Plan and organize the work of subordinate and staff members
Develop and/or review policies, methods, practices, and procedures for complex construction projects
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of construction project records
Direct and organize project meetings
Coordinate with subconsultants and their staff
Examine the contractor's schedule for conformance with project requirements
Review drawings, specifications, and installations for constructability
Inform Client on project issues and provide recommendations
Interact with Project Managers and clients
Interface with project managers, contractors, and inspection staff
Utilize Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to report and track ongoing business opportunities
Responsible for proposal management on lead pursuits
Provide timely resume updates, project write-ups, and proposal support
Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports
Take ownership of personal career development
Communicate effectively in English
Exemplify a positive attitude and communicate expectations for a productive work environment
Recognize personal strengths and weaknesses
Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions as well as that of their subordinates

Required
A Civil Engineering degree and registered in the State of Georgia as a Professional Engineer (or if registered in another state, the ability to obtain registration in the State of Georgia within six months
Must have, or be able to earn within 6 months, the following qualifications CTQP Quality Control Manager, FDOT Advanced MOT, Critical Structures Construction Issues
Valid Driver’s License and a clear driving record
Preferred
Master's degree in Civil Engineering
Georgia Professional Engineer (PE) License
