Responsibilities
Review new trade requests from business and origination teams and assess credit exposure impact, tenor details, and structure.
Liaise with credit officers and team leads covering the individual credit to discuss credit appetite, bespoke terms within the document.
Perform counterparty credit analysis for new clients.
Negotiate documents with counsel and counterparties to incorporate relevant credit terms.
Discuss and socialize transaction with multiple internal groups and present for credit approvals.
Assist in preparing portfolio reports to communicate limit usage / excesses, changes in ratings, LGD and appetite to Business.

Required
Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, or a related field of study
One (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year of experience as a Risk Analyst, or a closely related occupation
One (1) year of experience with credit risk management covering corporate, financial institutions, and project finance transactions
One (1) year of experience with conducting financial statement analysis
One (1) year of experience with evaluating credit ratings
One (1) year of experience with reviewing technical due diligence reports
One (1) year of experience with evaluating trading transactions and exposure review
One (1) year of experience with preparing credit memos
One (1) year of experience with cash flow projection modeling, valuation, and stress analysis
One (1) year of experience with data analysis and data visualization
One (1) year of experience with traded products and trading documents including ISDAs, CSAs, NAESBs, and EEIs
One (1) year of experience with portfolio management and reporting
One (1) year of experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to work with data sets and financial models
