Responsibilities
Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings.
Provide support for all quoting activities.
Evaluate and support inspection processes.
Support all training programs.
Conduct periodic review and maintenance of all documentation files.
Review all supplier or customer discrepancies.
Provide trend analysis of defects.
Participate in vendor survey activities.
Drive proactive participation with suppliers for process improvement.
Interface with all departments regarding Policies and Procedures.
Monitor departmental activities and provide technical and logistical guidance/support.
Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the customer.
Focus corrective action efforts and utilize SPC data for tracking.
Serve as liaison between Jabil Circuit and suppliers or customers on quality related issues.
Improve technical support for the quality organization.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Required
Bachelor's degree required
Two years related experience
Experience in developing and maintaining QA plans and process routings
Experience in providing support for quoting activities
Experience in evaluating and supporting inspection processes
Experience in developing and implementing training programs
Experience in conducting periodic review and maintenance of documentation files
Experience in reviewing and coordinating corrective/preventative actions for supplier or customer discrepancies
Experience in providing trend analysis of defects
Experience in participating in vendor survey activities
Experience in driving proactive participation with suppliers for process improvement
Knowledge of ISO, EN4600, and GMP documentation
Experience in monitoring departmental activities and providing technical guidance/support
Experience in interfacing with customers on quality issues
Experience in supporting corrective action efforts using SPC data
Experience in serving as a liaison between company and suppliers/customers on quality issues
Experience in improving technical support for the quality organization
Adherence to safety and health regulations
Compliance with company security policy
